WHAT COFFEE DO I GET WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Our subscription is a Roaster’s Choice subscription! We always ship new coffees to subscribers first and then rotate through our current selection.
WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIP?
We will ship out the first order immediately and then every month after that.
HOW DO I SKIP/RESUME A SHIPMENT?
To skip/resume an order, please follow these steps:
- Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer
- Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription
- Click reschedule shipment or skip shipment
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Gift Subscriptions are a one time purchase and will automatically cancel after the set amount of time purchased.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION?
To update the shipping or billing details of an existing subscription, please follow these steps:
- Click the Manage Subscriptions link in the footer
- Log in to your account using the email you used to sign up for the subscription
- Select address & payment details
- Edit your shipping address or manage payment methods
