About the Coffee

The "striped bourbon" varietal is a naturally occurring mutation of Pink Bourbon that has light stripes on the cherry skin.

Pink Bourbon was once thought to be a mutation of the Bourbon variety, and recently has been proven to be within the Ethiopia Landrace family. This variety is highly regarded for its exceptional cup profile. When the cherries ripen, they turn a vibrant shade of pink (hence the name)
