Brew time - 3 minutes and 45 seconds
What You’ll Need:
-Scale + Timer
-Grinder or ground coffee
Heat water to 205° and weigh out 30 grams coffee. Grind your coffee on a coarse setting. Wet filter. We recommend a 1:15 ratio for Chemex. 30 grams of coffee to 450 grams of water.

Pour ground coffee into the chemex. Start the timer and pour 60 grams of water over the coffee, swirl chemex to agitate, let bloom for 35 seconds.
Second pour - pour until the scale reads 225 grams. Let drain a bit.
Third and final pour - pour until the scale reads 450 grams.Swirl to agitate once more.
